	Do you offer obligation FREE quotes for supply & fit?
	Yes we do. Although we supply windows to almost anywhere in NSW Our supply & fit area we cover is not as vast, it is requested that you contact the office to find out if we can offer you a FREE quote in your area.

	Do you deliver?
	Yes we do, to most area’s in NSW. Please contact office to find out delivery charges.

	What colours to you offer as a standard range?
	We offer the following standard colours;

	Can you supply us with a colour that is not one of your standard colours?
	Almost all of the time we can provide any colour of your choice. There is an extra fee charged. Please call the office to receive a FREE Quote in a colour of your choice, or bring in a colour chart.

	Can you do cut outs and install windows?
	We can do cut outs to install a new window, however, if your home is made of brick we can not as we are not licensed to cut brick.

	Do you sell French Doors
	Yes, we now sell French Doors

	Do you sell Casement windows?
	Yes, we now sell Casement windows

	Do you do flyscreens and keylocks?
	yes we do. Our flyscreens are normally only suited for our windows.

	Do you have special windows for Screen Enclosures or Colourbond Sheds?
	Yes we do, they are called Face Fix Windows. This style of window is extremely easy to fit yourself, call the office for further information.

What information should I have ready if I am calling/faxing/ emailing for a FREE quote to supply windows?

the following information is required to give you an accurate quote;
• Window height and width
• Colour
• If you require flyscreens
• If you require keylocks
• If you require timber reveals and there width
• If you require colonial bars/ federation bars/ federation squares
• If you require aluminium angle or aluminium architrave
• What style of window you wish to have j-series/double hung/face fix/bay window/garden window
• What type of glass you require
If you are not sure of any of the above, staff will assist you.

Are there standard Door sizes available? And what If my door size is not standard?

We do have standard door sizes available and it is best to try and
Purchase these sizes. Special size doors are available, these doors are more exspensive and take longer to manufacture.

	Do you now sell Awning Windows?
	Yes, we now sell awning windows.

Does your company manuafacture the windows?

Yes we manufacture all window and door products in our factory adjoined to office. The factory can be toured by all customers accompanied by a staff member.

How long do I have to wait to have my windows delivered or picked up?

Depending on your order in can take from just two days to
Two weeks. (Special size doors and large quantities can take up to 3 weeks & garden windows can take up to 4 weeks)

Can you do a quote from my plans if I mail/email/fax them to you?

Yes we can. All quotes are completed by the same day, or if we are extremely busy the following working day. Please include a contact number and all requirements.

	Do you work under the guidelines set from the Australian Standards?
	Yes! Absolutely. We adhered to all requirements set down by the Australian Standards.

Do you make windows to size or do you only do standard sizes?

Yes, we make to measure for any size you require. We do not charge you the standard size, you only get charged for what measurement you require.

& MASTERCARD.

Do you have windows in stock?

Yes we do have a small amount of windows in stock, you should call the office to check on size availability.
